Haircare

The basic need for each guest is a consultation to create a look that fits YOUR personality, hair density, texture, face and body type, creating a look that carries you from a casual day at the game with the kids or into the boardroom.  Being able to transition from a daytime work style to an elegant evening social event is the goal of each of our styling professionals.  Len Yanavich, Artistic Director, trains each new team member to maintain a standard of excellence you have come to expect from our company.

Permanent Wave and Curl Retexturizing
Optimize Volume with a sestructuring wave, infused with natural herbal extracts and anti oxidants, or Decrease excess volume and frizz with mane tamer restructuring treatment to control unruly frizz, or excessively curly hair.  We tame the tightest curls without over straightening like the “Japanese straightening” system.

Haircolour

Does your hair “glisten” in the moonlight?  Are you dripping in “honey” highlights?  Whether your wish is to add a “little warmth” or dazzle them with gemstone toned highlights like RUBY, SAPHIRE, AMYTHEST or CITRINE.  Under the guidance of our nationally certified Master Colourists, we bring you the most magnificent haircolour to hit the streets.  We recommend and use the latest colour technologies from L’Oreal Professional, Goldwell USA and MIN, 3 minute colour for men.

Facials & Skin Care

Saphire abrasion treatment

Saphire abrasion treatment
60 minutes. A beautiful conteporary treatment for rejuvinating and invigorating facial skin and remove fine lines and wrinkles. The skin is treated first to a dry abrasion treatment, removing excessive dry or dead skin cells and stimulating circulation, followed by a hydrating gel and wet abrasion treatment. The treatment is followed by lymphatic drainage to remove toxins and encourage colagen renewal with the use of red LED light and micro-current stimulation. An application of blue LED light calms the skin, removes any traces of bacteria as well as stimulating oxegyn production in the lower levels of skin tissue. Used throughout Hollywood by models, movie stars and actors to maintain healthy skin and combat the effects of hot lights, make-up and long hours of daily stress. Far superior to earlier micro-dermabrasion treatments that use ground silica to sandblast the face. The before and after is truly remarkable.

Bodycare

Sauna
 Far-infared radiant heat saunas have proven benefit, far and above standard wet/dry sauna rooms.  Clinical studies have shown that of the moisture emitted during a measured time period, conventional sauna perspiration contained 95-97% water, while those using far-infared  showed 80-85% water, and the non-water portion principally cholesterol, fat-soluble toxins, toxic heavy metals (such as mercury and aluminum), sulfuric acid, sodium, ammonia and ureic acid.  These heavy metals are not found in sweat from normal exercise.  Mercury is the most toxic element on earth, second only to plutonium.

Cranial, Facial and Neck massage
A relaxing session including: Cranial acupressure massage, lymphatic massage of the face, head, neck and shoulders.  This treatment can be very beneficial for stress relief, sinus pressure and headaches.  Breathing techniques, (piko-piko) are done with this session to bring you into a deeper level of relaxation.

Aromatherapy Body Wraps
Consultation to determine guest needs and an appropriate blend of aroma theraputic oils are infused in a layering technique that wraps the client in a theraputic cocoon, wrapped in a heated blanket of warmth, taking you to a new level of detoxification and relaxation. This treatment also incorporates head and neck massage. 1 1/2 hours.

Cranberry Body Wrap
90 minutes Great for anyone seeking a refreshing, stimulating, tissue firmning and nourishing treatment, rich in Omega-3 vitamins. The body looses moisture and surface skin dries out in cooler weather. To restore hydration and tone the skin, we first exfoliate the entire body, paying close attention to heels, knees, elbows and hands. After a refreshing shower a warm creamy cranberry body masque is liberally applied and you escape the rigors and stresses of everyday life. This beautiful treatment addresses the needs for a healthy and well toned body with special anti-oxidant benefits for amazing anti-aging properties.

Massage Therapy

Swedish Massage
Swedish is the most popular of all modalities. It incorporates long, fluid strokes of varying depth and pressure. It improves muscle tone, circulation and flexibility as well as promoting general relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue is a more intensive form of Swedish. It helps to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deeper pressure on contracted areas.

Hot Stone Massage
For the ultimate in relaxation, try a Hot Stone Massage. Heated stones are placed on specific energy points on the body. The heat and energy from the stones allow the therapist to work deeper on muscles to help alleviate pain and melt away stress.

Reiki
Reiki is an ancient healing art that utilizes universal life energy. This is not a physical massage. Reiki is used to restore balance on many levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Results from a Reiki session can include relaxation, a sense of peace and serenity, and general wellbeing. Client remains fully clothed.

Hot Stone Therapy

90 minutes. A comforting and relaxing treatment done with hot stones, caressing the body with warmth and energy, to soothe aching muscles and weary bones. Semi-precious gemstones are placed on all 7 Chakra points on the body to balance your energy, followed by a warm heated almond masque applied over the body and wrapped in a cocoon of scented bliss.

Nailcare

European manicure

Luxurious Moisturizing Pedicure
60 minutes.  A service we created with my Mom in mind.  Soak in a warm whirlpool bath of cleansing and soothing refreshment.  You are then pampered with a warm lotion massage, exfoliation, trimming of the nails and cuticles and an application of nail color to walk on the WILD SIDE, or a sultry french pedicure for beautiful summertime beach look.
